This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

 Do I need a PayPal account to make a purchase?

No, you do not need a PayPal account to purchase from our store. However, you may use your PayPal account if you have one.


Shipping

What shipping methods do you use?

We ship via USPS First Class Mail,  Priority Mail or UPS. 
Small items and orders under $20, we mail via First Class Mail.  For items of greater value we ship via Priority Mail or UPS.
For large orders, group orders, heavy orders (wood or clocks)  and higher priced items,  we almost always opt to send via UPS.  The dudes in brown provide us with a tracking number so that we can always know where your order is and when it will arrive.

If you need your order to be expedited, or shipped overnight, please call to let us know that you have a vinyl emergency. Overnight shipping costs more, but we understand sometimes you need it NOW! We're happy to help you out.

Do you ship internationally or to an APO?

Yes.
Shipping vinyl for the wall or smaller items is a little more expensive when shipping internationally, but not too bad. Contact us for pricing.

Currently we are working on finding a more affordable method for shipping heavier products. Items that involve wood such as clocks and Family Home Evening boards tend to be heavy and therefore expensive to ship out of the US. Please email for info if you have questions about cost and availability.

How soon will I receive my order?

Orders of pre-designed vinyl from our online store will ship within 3 days.  Often we ship the same or the next day.

Custom vinyl orders will ship within 5 days of when your order is approved (by you)

Clocks, Family Home Evening Boards and other ready to hang custom signs take a little longer. Please allow 10 business days before shipping.

Orders shipped for free via First Class Mail will reach you in 2 - 5 days from when they are shipped.
Orders shipped for free via Priority Mail will reach you in 1-3 days from when they are shipped.
Orders shipped via UPS will reach you in 1 to 7 days from when they are shipped.


Do You Accept Emergency or Rush Orders?

Yes indeed!  If you need your order RIGHT NOW! Please call to let us know. Especially during the Christmas season we get a little backed up, so give us a call to make sure we can get your order to you in time.
There may be a 50% rush fee depending on how busy we are.
But we love a challenge, so please don't hesitate to ask.


Returns

Please open and look at the contents of your order as soon as it arrives. We will replace any damaged or incorrect items as long as you notify us within 30 days of when you received the item.
Our primary goal is to make you happy. So if you're unhappy with your order for any reason, call and let us make it better for you.
Please call before returning any item - most problems can be resolved with a phone call.

Unfortunately - if you ordered the wrong size or color.... well, give a call and we'll talk about it.
